The fibre-based packaging industry is gearing up for a landmark event: the third 4evergreen Annual Conference, taking place on November 20, 2023, in Brussels and online. This year’s Conference, themed The Pathway to Circularity: from Guidance to Action, marks a significant milestone in the journey towards a more sustainable and circular future.

For the past three years, 4evergreen has been at the forefront of driving change in the fibre-based packaging industry. Through the release of guidelines and protocols, 4evergreen has made remarkable progress in creating an industry toolbox that can effectively boost the circularity of fibre-based packaging. This Conference serves as a testament to the alliance’s achievements since its inception in 2020 and sets the stage for further advancements.

4evergreen’s third Annual Conference aims to be a thought-provoking experience. Participants will embark on a cross-industry journey, exploring how 4evergreen has successfully united a diverse group of stakeholders to work towards a common ambitious target. Attendees will also gain insights from prominent guest speakers as they reflect on the state of play and outlook for the fibre-based packaging industry, the challenges of balancing market growth with sustainability, and the transposition of targets into real action.
