We are excited to launch 4evergreen’s 2023 Annual Report, looking back at our growth and achievements from the past year and recognising the incredible effort and commitment of our members and teams.

In 2023, we made some important decisions for the alliance: members agreed to extend its lifetime until at least the end of 2026, and they appointed a new leadership.

At the same time, we reached 110 members – a signal that 4evergreen’s commitment to perfecting circularity continues to create value.

We kept delivering on our commitment to perfecting circularity with two important publications – the second version of our Circularity by Design Guideline and of our Guidance on Improved Collection and Sorting. Both are fundamental pieces of our toolbox to reach a 90% recycling rate for fibre-based packaging in Europe by 2030.

Now, we have a lot to look forward to in 2024, with new important activities and events planned.
